With 20+ years of sales leadership experience and a front row seat in some of Canada’s most competitive industries-automotive tools, equipment distribution, and national retail-I’ve seen what separates top performers from everyone else. It’s not talent. It’s the system behind the performance.
I’ve led sales teams, managed national accounts, and driven growth across brands including Bosch, Milwaukee, Rotary, Forward and Atlas. I’ve built budgets, coached reps, and navigated the pressure of hitting quota in tough markets.
